I cant join a team, can anyone explain to me how?

If your on a Halo 2 team I figured out that you muust leave that team in order to join a halo 3 team. Otherwise it should work

You just go to the teams tab and then on the far right of the team names you will see the word "JOIN" in red letters, and then you just click on that I believe.
