I.Violated Gaming Registered Member User Agreement
Welcome to ViolatedGaming.com, your source for online gaming competition! We are so glad you have decided to play on our website. Before you enter our site, you must agree to the terms below. This is an agreement between us, ViolatedGaming.com, and you, our newest member!
1. Acceptance of Agreement
When you have read all of the stipulations below, and have checked the box to agree, your registration is complete. Although this agreement may vary from time to time, and it will be posted whenever changes are made, the agreement will be posted to look over whenever needed.
2. Children Under Age
ViolatedGaming.com is not responsible for any children UNDER the age of 14. This website is not directed towards anyone under this age. All competitors in paid tournaments must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Our Services
A). ViolatedGaming.com provides many things to for our dedicated users, such as an online forum, neutral-to-best hosting in tournaments, pay tournaments, news, updates, and much, much more.
B). Service Limitations. Although we want your experience to always be a great one, we cannot always promise that technical difficulties and malfunctions will not occur. This also includes the use of PayPal or any other third party associated with the website.
4. Important Rules to Follow
A). Always Provide Honest and Accurate Information. This can be anything from just verifying your age to lying about cheating. We are, at any time, allowed to ban or delete you from the website if a rule is broken.
B). You Must Obey the Law. We are not responsible for any harassment or any other illegal activity that you might commit. By checking this agreement, you are liable for any actions you commit that could harm or damage another user, or ViolatedGaming.com itself.
C). Content Restrictions. This refers to your individual and team profiles. Any vulgar pictures or language can be subject to change or deletion.
5. Rights You Grant to Violated Gaming
A). Distribution of Information. This includes your team stats, player stats, posts in the forum, etc. We will NOT give out any personal information, including email, name, password, etc.
C). Account Access. In order to make sure that ViolatedGaming.com will run smoothly, we have the right to access any of the users log-in. We will not, however, tamper with anything unless we have reason to be deleting or changing anything.
II. Charges, Billing and Subscription Terms of Service
THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("SUBSCRIBER", "YOU," "YOUR" OR "YOURSELF"), AS THE END USER, AND VIOLATEDGAMING. ("OUR," "US," "WE" OR "VIOLATEDGAMING"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USING VIOLATEDGAMING'S PREMIUM SERVICE (THE "SERVICE"). BY REGISTERING FOR THE SERVICE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
1. Payment Obligation and Credit Card Authorization
The only obligation you have with payment is that you are responsible for any charges towards tournaments, or the credits towards such.
2. Cancellation of Your Subscription
You are capable of canceling your subscription at any time, but there will be a fee added on to compensate for the breaking of an agreement with ViolatedGaming.com or any other third-party.
3. Taxes
You may be required to report as taxable income the value of any prizes received by you. To collect a prize, you will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or other tax identification number and any other information reasonably requested by ViolatedGaming.com. ViolatedGaming.com and/or any sponsor who provides a particular prize may report the value of the prize to Federal and/or state taxing authorities.
4. Subscriber Information
You agree to provide accurate information pertaining to the subscription. Failure to do so can lead to immediate banning from ViolatedGaming.com.
5. Limitations of Liability
YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS OR DATA ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
6. Copyright
ViolatedGaming.com has the right, if at any time a user copies, alters, or any other illegal activity dealing with copyright occurs, to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Any notices will be sent either in a mass message or be posted in the forum/front page.

9. The Agreement
This agreement is a concrete agreement between you and ViolatedGaming.com. Any failure to live up to this agreement, or any breaking of such rules, depending on their extent, will either lead to possibly being banned, or pursued with the fullest extent of the law.
10. Communities
A) You MUST agree that you will not attempt these things when using the forum:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
- Upload files, post or publish content that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose.
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
- Download any file posted by another user of a forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the message boards.
- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
B) We have the right, at any time, just like the rest of the website, to ban you for any illegal activity to the site in the forum
C) Monitoring. ViolatedGaming.com and its affiliates have no obligation to monitor the Boards or the content posted on your User Page. However, ViolatedGaming.com and its affiliates reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ViolatedGaming.com or any of its affiliates' sole discretion.
D) The forum is for our ViolatedGaming.com community, so, as stated above, if you infringe on the rights of any user, you are on grounds of being banned and deleted without question.
The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.
10. Location
You must be physically located in a U.S. state or a jurisdiction located outside the U.S. in which participation in paid tournaments is not prohibited by the law of that State or jurisdiction. Participation in fee-based tournaments for prizes is prohibited in the following states, without limitation: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont. The foregoing list shall not be construed to imply or suggest that Your participation in Skill Challenges from an unlisted state or jurisdiction is legal under any applicable laws or regulations.
